Life in Transition – Walking Back to Yourself (1-Day Workshop)

The big picture is all about transition and this is your first step. It’s an immersive one-day workshop for those curious about understanding and consciously embracing change.

Life in Transition - Walking Back to Yourself introduces The Power of Pilgrimage 9-Step Framework, a practical and reflective guide inspired by the ancient wisdom of pilgrimage and modern life coaching. It is not only a clear metaphor for the work that you need to do, but we want you to walk it. Your own pilgrimage.

Led by David (Boxy) Box - author, life coach, and two-time pilgrim of the Camino de Santiago - he’ll share what he’s learned - the coaching tools, the science and the scars:

  • Body - getting healthy, fit and building energy, ready to go.

  • Mind - developing awareness, resilience, and a growth mindset.

  • Spirit - reconnecting with values, purpose, and meaning.

Develop your own path forward with clarity and confidence.

Our face-to-face, small group workshops involve a full day, on a weekend, and are held in Melbourne Bayside

Pilgrim Masterclass – Movement, Meaning and Mindfulness (3-Day Program)

As per our 1-day experience, except a much deeper dive into all aspects of the program.

Preparing for a mindful walking journey in 2026 or beyond, whether that’s the Camino de Santiago with our guidance, or your own chosen path.

This transformative 3-day immersion expands greatly on the 1-day experience, with a deeper dive into The Power of Pilgrimage 9-Step Framework. The content expands the health focus, includes more practical training modules, introduces further tools used in coaching and developed by world renowned psychologists.

Led by David (Boxy) Box - author, life coach, and two-time pilgrim of the Camino de Santiago - he’ll share what he’s learned - the coaching tools, the science and the scars:

In addition you’ll be introduced to Qi Gong, a centuries-old Chinese practice that blends gentle movement, breathing, and focused awareness to cultivate qi—the body’s vital energy

Our face-to-face, small group workshops involve one full day, on a weekend, followed by two full days (Saturday and Sunday), a week later and are held in Melbourne Bayside. 

Our Virtual Online courses will begin in February 2026.

In addition there are fortnightly Pilgrim Progress Sessions to keep you on track. We’ll answer any questions, help clear away any blockages and keep you on track. We want you to succeed and we’ll have your back. Individual follow-up sessions are also available.

  • You’ve completed the Life in Transition Workshop or the Pilgrim’s Masterclass and feel the pull toward Spain.

  • You’re seeking a meaningful physical and spiritual challenge that blends inner and outer transformation.

  • You want expert guidance, supportive structure, and a small community of like-minded pilgrims on the road.

What’s it about:

This is the culmination of your preparation – a guided, supported walking journey along the legendary Camino de Santiago. You’ll choose your route and distance, with programs designed for:

  • Up to 300 km (around 14 days) from August to September 2026, or

  • The full 800 km French Camino (28 - 32 days), with on-ground support in the final 7–14 days.

  • Other Camino routes can also be supported, depending on dates and logistics.

Note: We do not guide on a day-to-day basis, as the Camino is your own and we have prepared you. Our experienced team provides planning assistance, (including a “pre-amble”, being a chance to explore parts of Spain before the Camino), hotel bookings and on-the-ground coordination throughout. Whether you walk every step solo or as part of a group, you’ll have the planning done, guidance, resources, and support just a call away.

You’ll walk through ancient villages, rolling farmlands, and spiritual landmarks while practising mindfulness, journaling, and daily reflection inspired by your earlier workshops. 

Each evening includes optional small-group conversations or coaching check-ins to help translate your outer journey into inner insight.
